"Three Honeys" 8x8", oil painting on linen board
THE KITCHEN COLLECTION SERIES
The oldest reference to honey gathering is a cave painting dated to 8,000 years ago. Throughout history, honey has played a role in human existence in every imaginable way, from the ceremonial food of the gods to the food of prophets, from folk medicine to modern medicine, from symbols and cultural references to folk stories and parables. This symbol of sweet delight will add the finishing touch to your temple of the family …your home.
Available unframed, with a wire on the back for easy hanging.
8x8”, oil on linen board.
I'm committing to donating 50% of the profits of my paintings in The Kitchen Collection to Foodshare. Foodshare is the regional food bank serving Connecticut’s Hartford and Tolland counties, where 118,000 people struggle with hunger. They need our help now more than ever.
