What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please read my listing descriptions carefully. If you are concerned about color variation, try viewing on different screens, as colors can vary from screen to screen. I strive to achieve the closest accurate representation of the artwork through photographs although it’s very difficult to replicate the vibrancy of my oil paintings on screen. If you are still uncertain please reach out and I would be more than happy to provide you with more photos and/or a video to help you gain a true understanding of the artwork.
Should there be damage during shipping, please email me a photo so we can discuss options for a return and refund.
Shipping
Packages ship within 2 weeks of purchase. I take all appropriate precautions when packing and shipping my artwork. I use the USPS for most of my shipments, with tracking. If you are international please contact me with your postal code and I will provide with a quote before placing your order. If you are local to the Hartford, CT area and would like to pick up artwork at my studio, you are welcome to arrange a meeting with me.
